Brothers Tommy and Ed of Jollyboat present a high-energy collection of comedy songs. As Edinburgh Fringe regulars, and winners of the 2011 Musical Comedy Awards, their show has received 5-star reviews and been recommended by the Independent as one of the top 5 Free Fringe shows. Jollyboat play comedy clubs and festivals internationally, and have shared stages with acts from comedian Stephen K Amos to rappers The Streets. As brothers, Jollyboat share an intuitive rapport, and have a lot of fun on stage. After all, they've been joking together literally their whole lives.
Jollyboat is a musical comedy double act. Formed in Liverpool in 2010, the act comprises brothers Ed and Tommy Croft. They are known for their Pirate Pop Songs and Jesus Rap. In 2011, Jollyboat won the Musical Comedy Awards. They have performed shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2010 and 2011 each to positive reviews, including recommendation from The Independent.
In Summer 2012, Jollyboat are touring festivals, namely Hop Farm in Kent, where they are supporting Stephen K Amos, Benicassim in Spain, Shiny New Festival in Liverpool, Kendal Calling in Cumbria and Edinburgh Fringe again. The pair have said that this year's show will be their best yet.
