Full Dome UK are a not for profit association supporting artists and researchers working within Full Dome environments.

Full Dome Uk presents the bi-annual Full Dome UK festival a 2 day event of screenings, lectures and workshops. They see the full dome context as a rich site for development of new material to satisfy the demand of audiences for multi-sensory, participatory, immersive content that moves beyond the notion of the “screen” into the idea of “environment” which can be appropriate in both educational and entertainment contexts.

And this year, especially for Kendal Calling, they have curated a small cross slice of their programme selecting some of the best immersive audio-visual short full dome films to support a playback of the ground breaking full dome album “The Search Engine” by Ninja Tunes artist DJ Food for its UK music festival premier. Also contained within their programme will be a series of short lectures that will literally fly you through the Universe and beyond the stars!
