Stemming from Salford, Greater Manchester, front runners of the Madchester music scene and one of the most influential bands of the last 50 years, Happy Mondays are truly an iconic band. Fronted by a NME godlike genius (and in keeping with Kendal’s outer space theme, UFO enthusiast), Shaun Ryder, backed by a red hot band and of course the irrepressible dancer Bez, Happy Mondays have inspired the likes of The Stone Roses and Oasis with their catchy, indie dance anthems.

In a career that has spanned just less than 30 years; they have released 5 albums, split up and reformed an incredible 4 times, toured the world multiple times building a huge international following, had numerous top 10 hits.

They’ve just completed a UK tour where they celebrated 25 years since the release of their critically acclaimed ‘Bummed.’ With new material expected in the summer these iconic ensemble are not to be missed.
