Looking out over the stunning Lakes, our Main Stage has hosted the likes of Elbow, Snoop Dogg, Noel Gallagher, Blondie, Dizzee Rascal, Calvin Harris and hundreds more.

Bask in the glorious surroundings of the natural ampitheatre and enjoy some of the world’s biggest and best in (we hope…) glorious sunshine!.


Standby for the best in house, drum n bass, techno and more late into the night… Glow is the home of dance music at Kendal Calling, taking the party into the early hours!

Previous headliners include Groove Armada, Grandmaster Flash, Maribou State, Craig David’s TS5, 2manydjs and many, many more!


The home of new music at Kendal, Calling Out has hosted the newest and most exciting bands and artists since 2010. Mumford & Sons, The 1975, Blossoms, IDLES and more have appeared on our intimate new music stage before going on to pack out arenas and stadiums across the world.

Kendal Calling is proud to announce the release of 15 Years of Kendal Calling, on sale now. This limited-edition double gatefold vinyl features classic live tracks from the festival’s illustrious fifteen years of headliners. All profits from the release will be donated to War Child UK.
